Ground rules for using theprotocol.es, booking an AI system audit and working with us.

1. Service

The Protocol provides AI systems audits, architecture design and ongoing intelligence services for founders and operators. We do not provide legal, tax or investment advice.

2. Booking and payment

Services may be purchased via Stripe or by direct invoicing. Prices and scope are described on the site or in a written proposal. Fees are usually payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.

3. Refunds

Because audits and consulting require focused expert time, fees are generally non‑refundable once work has started. In exceptional cases we may offer partial refunds or credits at our discretion.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your systems and constraints and to ensure that decision‑makers are available when needed. You remain responsible for implementation and business decisions.

5. No guaranteed results

We cannot guarantee specific revenue, savings or performance outcomes. Results depend on implementation, market conditions and other factors outside our control.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profit or data.

7. Third‑party tools

Many architectures rely on third‑party tools and APIs. You remain responsible for your own accounts, billing and terms with these providers.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on theprotocol.es at the time of booking or renewal applies to that engagement.

Short summaries in ES/UA/RU may be added later. The English version is the main legal text.
